I finally, it seems, got activated. And by activated, I really simply mean active, since I'm now officially (un-officially actually) an athlete -- an athlete of the disk variety, by which I mean frisbee. I play frisbee now. It's wonderful and the team is nice to me even when I suck. I get to watch sunshine roll around in the dirt (what is actually called "laying out" but what I call "rolling around in the dirt") and he's just very cute about it. I get to run hard and sometimes they'll throw it to me and sometimes of those times I catch it.

And now this evening, since I'm ever so mobile lately, I thought I'd give yoga a shot. Attend to the other side of health-conscious activity -- the breathing side of it. Yep, that's right. I thought I'd give breathing a shot. :-)

Which may just be really good for me, what with all this uncertainty and what to do about moving out to the mountains and where will sunshine be and all that. I need a little breath, you know?

where are my margins! I've lost my margins!

nah, just kidding. wouldn't that be terrible though? all that sloshy puddle out in the middle of nowhere?
